Earlier this year we increased loan amounts.  Today, in conjunction with this, we are pleased to announce that the maximum PTI (Payment to Income) for Indirect will increase starting this week. This increase essentially returns us to pre-pandemic guidelines.

This PTI expansion will increase full approvals and higher funding ratios due to fewer counter-offers. Because PTI is a major indicator of risk, Lenders Protection™ underwriting will now factor PTI into its pricing to ensure better underwriting and yield results.
